Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to audit preparations by providing documentation, supporting schedules, and explanations for auditors’ inquiries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Utilize accounting software to record transactions accurately and efficiently.

Skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and journal entries.
• Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation and account analysis efficiently.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail; capable of identifying discrepancies quickly.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with other financial software tools is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
