Description: Responsible for analyzing and recommending Subordinated Debt and/or Equity investments in middle market companies. Work closely with operating management, lenders and outside counsel to structure investment proposals. Collegial work environment and good lifestyle balance.
Experience: Experience with mergers/acquisition analysis and/or leveraged/structured finance in Private Equity, Investment Banking and/or Commercial Banking. Should be analytical with very strong communication skills.
