Description: Responsible for regional office for California-based Bank, managing 5 Relationship Managers along with 3 support staff. Will actively grow the portfolio and add RM’s as needed. Strong bonus incentive plan.
Experience: Recent leadership/management experience in Commercial Banking is ideal. Should be business-development oriented Commercial Banker with a solid understanding of credit issues for companies with revenues in excess of $ 10 MM.
