Managing Director – Syndications
Description: Responsible for national effort to manage sell-side senior debt syndications for specialized industries. Deal with major sponsor groups along with lenders and institutional debt investors to assure efficient distribution of company-originated transactions. Work closely with internal management to help evaluate and structure transactions and maintain close relationships with all outside debt investors and participants. Can be located in any major metropolitan area.
Experience: Experience with syndicating large senior transactions, that may include first lien, cash flow and real estate. Background with specialized industries is highly desirable. Should be analytical with very strong communication skills.
