Ryan, Miller and Associates was founded in 1976, by Lee Ryan and Roger Miller, with the primary goal of recruiting financial professionals for major corporations in Southern California. During the mid-1980's, RMA divided its practice into two distinct groups - the Financial Services Group and Corporate Groups.
The Financial Services Group, headed by Roger Miller , serves clients in the Commercial Banking, Investment Management, and Investment Banking fields. The Corporate Group, managed by Lee Ryan and Mike O'Connell, recruits financial and accounting management for both large and small corporations in Southern California.
Today, RMA has 6 partners, 13 senior consultants, and 6 part-time recruiters/research assistants. In 2006, RMA was ranked as one of the 10 largest recruiting firms in Southern California (according to the Los Angeles Business Journal).
